This Monday was a special day at SubSpace Energy Hub. We were happy to host the ETH Zürich students of the Planning of Underground Space Course taught by Ms. Antonia Cornaro, as participants in the Student Competition organized by the SubSpace Energy Hub with the topic: “Green underground energy of future cities”.
80 students from different majors such as Spatial Planning, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Environmental sciences, etc. from ETH Zürich will be divided into 12 groups and will work on giving solutions on – How to transform Hagerbach Test Gallery (VersuchsStollen Hagerbach AG) into a net-zero underground space.
As a new and innovative platform, we are thrilled to have young professionals shape the future of energy and receive their feedback on the projects we decide to implement.
The competition started yesterday and the final decision about the winning team and project will be decided on the 8th of May 2023, during the awarding ceremony organized by SubSpace Energy Hub.
Stay tuned for the latest news from us. In the meantime, we wish good luck to all the teams on their project work!
